Exercise:
 
Upper lumbar spine: Lateral position, lower leg straight, upper leg flexed. Turning of the upper body and head to the opposite side. Constant pulling of the hand opposing the downward movement of the knee.
(10 seconds, multiple times changing sides)





Exercise:
 
Lower lumbar spine: exercise as described above, except that the hand opposes an upward movement of the knee (10 seconds, multiple times changing sides)
