Initial situation:
Patient complains of heart problems and sudden shooting pain in the chest during deep breathing.

Examination: 
Internal examination, ECG and laboratory values normal, restricted movement of the chest with muscle hardening in the thoracic spinal area.

Therapy:
Manual mobilization and manipulation of the blocked moving parts of the thoracic spine and ribs with stretching of the back muscles and prescription of an auxiliary self-treatment gymnastics program according to the DKB system (DKB DVD, DKB Book, DKB exercise poster)

Results:
After 3 days no pain when breathing, after 10 days completely symptom-free.

The treatment was enhanced by the use of the red muscle cream.
