Exercise:

Hip joints
Prone position, knees flexed. The hips are loosened by turning the thighs inwards and outwards at the hip joints.

 

 

 

 


Exercise:

Lower lumbar spine
Lateral position, lower leg straight, upper leg flexed. Turn the upper body and head to the opposite side. Oppose the upward movement of the knee by constant pressure from the hand.
