Exercise:
Walking position - the outer edge of the left heel touches the ground - strike the underlying surface with the big toe, so that the foot is twisted around its longitudinal axis.

Exercise:
In a supine position, hands under the buttocks, left leg with knee extended and flexed at the ankle, right leg bent at the knee and ankle stretched. Alternate between left and right legs when repeating the exercise.
