Exercise for the upper cervical spine:
1) Rotate head as far as possible to the left and nod briefly
2) Rotate head as far as possible to the right and nod briefly
3) Bend head forwards and allow to hang loosely hanging, repeatedly turned the head to the left and to the right

Exercise for the lower cervical spine:
