Exercise:
Lift and turn arms. Do not lift the shoulder blades in the process, rather push them backwards and downwards ( form a long neck). Neck muscles should be as relaxed as possible in the process.
1) thumbs pointing inwards
2) thumbs pointing upwards
3) thumbs pointing to the rear
Repeat exercise 10-20x
