Alignment of the senses helps to reduce stress and to treat stress-related symptoms of the cervical spine, such as headache, dizziness, nausea, blurred vision, trigeminal neuralgia and hearing impairments with ringing in the ears (e.g. tinnitus)
The spine represents the ”command center” of our musculoskeletal system. It is involved in all of the bodies movements and dynamically distributes all stresses over the entire body. Through the control of spinal mediated reflexes it is also a balance organ and is directly connected with the sense organs. A key role of the cervical spine is as the moving element of the head. We not only understand the environment with our 5 senses but also respond to it through them, which often only becomes apparent to us through disorders of the cervical spine and associated unpleasant symptoms.
We see something on the left and eye movement steers the head to the left, we hear a noise from the right and turn the head to the right to locate the source. We feel a draft from the front and want to turn away reflexively to protect ourselves, we smell something from below and incline the head, etc. All these impressions are taken up by the sensory organs within the head and cause the dispatch of reflex control instructions to our cervical spine.
These impressions cannot all be answered at the same time however, but must rather be filtered, evaluated, and judged rationally and emotionally processed. The spine wants to follow eye movements, to align the head according to sound waves, and to react to smell and sensory stimuli such as wind direction and touch, which leads to an overload of the reflex control mechanisms. At this point, consciousness takes control, and the eyes remained fastened on the road, even though children make a noise behind us, or a partner describes his problems next to us. Ongoing overstimulation leads to a stress response and muscular tension and headaches. Tension headaches as a reaction to stress, ringing in the ears or tinnitus as a hearing malfunction, attacks of vertigo during head movements, hearing and vision problems and discomfort in the face as trigeminal neuralgia are the unpleasant results of dysfunction. Sensory overload leads to disruption of the control mechanisms of our sensory organs and their connections to the cervical spine.
With ArthroDisc Rescue, the subconscious is harmonized through the effect of the Bach flowers and the supplementary ingredients. One presses repeatedly on the spray nozzle of the container, which becomes the reset button for the sensory organs. Whilst spraying, one focuses on keeping the eyes and mouth open, because one takes in the oncoming cloud, that originates from a single point, with all senses. The stress response is reduced by a combination of the ingredients, the physical action, deliberate concentration and focused acceptance. Due to its success in competitive sports, in acute overload syndrome and the beneficial effects on stress responses and all related complaints, ArthroDisc Rescue has become a fixed component in stress management and the harmonization of our 5 senses.
ArthroDisc Rescue contains the following substances:
- Flower extracts in the following mixture:
Impatiens
