Manual - Case study Tennis Elbow

Initial situation:
Patient has complained for about two months of a typical tennis elbow on the outside of the right elbow joint. The pain started after strenuous activity and afterwards steadily increased, to the extent that the patient is now scared to shake hands.

Examination:
The  examination revealed a hardening of the muscles on the outside of the forearm and tenderness to the outside of the right elbow.

Therapy:
Manual mobilization and manipulation of the blocked motion segments with manual stretching of the forearm muscles. Prescription of an auxiliary, self-treatment gymnastics program according to the DKB system (Stretch, Strengthen, Move)

Results:
The patient was able to make a fist without significant pain immediately after the treatment. At the 14 day check-up, the patient only had slight stress-dependent discomfort.

The treatment was supported by the application of the green connective tissue gel to the painful location in the elbow joint area and the red muscle cream to the forearm muscles.

TIPP:

Dehnen, Kräftigen, Bewegen, die Gebrauchsanweisung für den Bewegungsapparat!
