Exercise:
Sacroilliac joint (pelvic girdle)
Knee-elbow position, the right knee on a cushion or the edge of the bed, with the left leg placed on the right one so that the left knee hangs freely. Through parallel raising and lowering of the left knee the pelvic ring is loosened with mobilization of the sacroiliac joints.
Exercise:
Hip joints
Prone position, knees flexed. The hips are loosened by turning the thighs inwards and outwards at the hip joints.
