Movement test for the arm muscles

In the DKB system,  the extremities have the task of strengthening the movement of the torso, i.e. the arms are coordinated with the turning of the torso via the shoulder girdle. When under stress or during the learning phase of any sport the hands are controlled by the sensory organs in the head, which causes  the shoulders to be raised. The shoulders are also raised and the hands coordinated with the eyes during the learning and concentration phases of drawing, painting and of using a computer. As soon as possible following automation however,  the arm movements should be united with the rest of the body via movement of the pectoral girdle.
In the course of natural arm movements, the raising or the lowering of the arm is accompanied by a turning movement which is apparent from the position of the thumb.
An arm movement disturbance is present if the arms do not turn during lifting.
