Manual mobilization and manipulation of the blocked motion segments with manual stretching of the spinal extensors, hip flexors and the posterior thigh. Prescription of an auxiliary, self-treatment gymnastics program according to the DKB system (Stretch, Strengthen, Move)
Results:

The treatment was augmented by the use of the red muscle cream. Whilst undergoing treatment, the patient also obtained the Dr Lanz mobilization mattress because of recurrent back pain when sleeping predating the treated injury.
