Initial situation:
Patient complains of heart problems with shooting chest pain during deep breathing.
Examination:
The examination reveals a rounding of the back with restricted mobility of the thoracic spine, accompanied by blockages and myelogosis.
Therapy:
Manual mobilization and manipulation of the blocked motion segments with manual stretching of the cervical spine and of the neck and back extensors, the lower fixators of the shoulder girdle and chest muscles. Prescription of an auxiliary, self-treatment gymnastics program according to the DKB system (Stretch, Strengthen, Move)
Results:
The treatment was followed by an immediate, marked improvement. After 14 days the patient was symptom-free.
The treatment was enhanced by the use of the blue joint gel.
