Initial situation:
Patient complains of "sleeping" finger of the right hand, with intermittent tension headaches. (Diagnosis Cervical syndrome)
Examination:
The examination revealed reduced mobility of the cervical spine with blockages and muscle tension. ei der Untersuchung stellte sich eine Beweglichkeitseinschränkung der HWS mit Blockierungen und Muskelhartspann heraus.
Therapy:
Manual mobilization and manipulation of the blocked motion segments with manual extension of the neck muscles and the right forearm. Prescription of a gymnastics program for auxiliary self-treatment according to the DKB system (Stretch, Strengthen, Move)
Results:
After five days, marked improvement, at the check-up after 14 days, the patient was free of symptoms.
